World Teachers’ Day was celebrated on 5 October 2023 in Bangladesh International School and College with grandeur. All the students attended the celebration which started with the morning assembly. Students from different classes expressed their gratitude towards their mentors and spoke on how teachers have played a vital role in their lives. Respected principal, BISC, also conveyed his thanks to all the faculty members for their inspiring and leadership roles in students’ lives. The teachers also took the pledge that, as teachers, they would commit themselves to directing all their feelings, thoughts and actions in their profession towards the well-being of the children, and to stand up for the physical, mental and spiritual integrity of the children entrusted to them. Finally, a rally was conducted by the students to show love and support for all the dedicated teachers in BISC.

We wish a happy ‘World Teachers’ Day’ to all the educators who shape the future of the children and whose impact on students’ lives is immeasurable.
