Bangladesh International School and College celebrated (online) the homecoming day of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on 10th January 2022 with due respect and solemnity. Historic January 10 is the Homecoming Day of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Bangabandhu, the undisputed leader of the nation and supreme commander of the country’s Liberation War, returned to the sacred soil of independent Bangladesh on January 10 in 1972, after 290 days of captivity in a Pakistani jail.
A short cultural program was organised where the students adorned it with discussion, recitation and songs. The chief guest, respected Principal Brig Gen Rafiqul Islam, also shared his feelings about the great leader.

The nation will always remember Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman as the selfless leader who fought his whole life for an independent country for his people. We hope to love and respect him just the way he loved his people beyond description.
