On 05 August 2023, all students of Class VI of Bangladesh International School and College set out on a journey to Bangabandhu Military Museum along with their teachers to learn about the glorious history of Bangladesh Army, Navy and Airforce.

 

The museum administered by the Bangladesh Army showcased collections of Bangladesh’s military history, heritage, success stories and various weapons and ammunitions.

 

The museum could successfully collect, conserve and exhibit the progress of Bangladesh military throughout the decades and thus the youngsters of BISC were well motivated to know more about the forces.

 

The students of std Vl were excited discovering the treasure trove and learnt about the history of great men and their morals as well. The learners discovered that the laurels, legends, and historical facts are connected with an entire gamut of military that are linked with the life of Bangladeshi people as well.

 

This golden opportunity of visiting Bangabandhu Military Museum helped in inspiring young minds to dream of many possibilities. Surely, The visit to the museum was thrilling as well as an enriching experience.

 

And the cherry on the cake was when all the tired and thirsty students were taken to Captain’s World for delicious lunch!!
