BISC Scouts organized a day-long Summer Camp on August 19, 2023, in its premises.

 

The program was inaugurated by the Principal of BISC. The principal provided instructions and inspiration to the young scouts, urging them to first and foremost be good human beings, following the motto of Baden Powell, the father of the World Scout Movement.

 

In addition to field activities, the young scouts received comprehensive training in Hiking, Rope & Knot Activities, Pioneering, Progress Book Writing, Badge Achievement Process, Rope Climbing, Critical Case Solving, and various IQ & Brainstorming Games.

 

The training sessions were conducted by Unit Leader Mr. Proshanto Kerketa, Mr. Ferdous Hasan, the President Scout and ATAS Member, and Mr. Shahiduzzaman Sany, Wood Badger and Organizing Secretary of Dhaka Metropolitan Scouts.

 

The Summer Camp 2023 concluded with the Oath-Taking and the Prize Giving Ceremony.
