Bangladesh International School and College arranged a “Muddy Fun” program for the kids on 27 October 2022 at the school playground. The purpose of the program was to keep our children in touch with nature.

 

The program was inaugurated by the respected Principal. All the kids and their parents joined the fun and created wonderful pieces with mud. It seemed that the parents enjoyed being kids for the day!

This “Muddy Fun” is arranged every year at the school premise as we believe it plays an important role for children to develop and practice their fine and gross motor skills. It also increases awareness of their senses, particularly touch, improve hand/ eye coordination and develop their social and emotional skills, including taking turns and leading or following directions.

All the children loved the texture of mud, had fun, learned to relax and let out their creativity. Most importantly, they enjoyed the activity to their hearts’ content.

We hope this activity would help our children boost creativity, imagination, independent learning and teamwork.
