The farewell ceremony of our senior physical education instructor, Mr. Jahangir Hossain, was a heartwarming event that took place on 25th April 2024. The event began with a special prayer for Mr Jahangir and was marked by gratitude and nostalgia as teachers came together to bid adieu to a beloved educator who had dedicated his 24 years to BISC. The ceremony continued with speeches by senior and junior faculties and respected principal, reminiscing Mr. Jahangir’s contributions and impact on the school. It was a memorable moment for our departing colleague. Few students also showed up to bid farewell to their beloved sir. The highlight of the farewell was a short cultural program organized by the teachers showcasing songs and poetry recitations. He was also presented with a token of appreciation.

The farewell ceremony was indeed a memorable event, celebrating a teacher who had left an indelible mark on the school. It was a day filled with mixed emotions and a deep sense of gratitude.

Mr. Jahangir will always be remembered for his influence on students’ sports talents and for the guidance and mentorship for long 24 years. We wish him good health and the best of everything for the years to come.
