1.      On Friday and Saturday, March 8th & 9th 2013 reporting time for different shifts will be as under:

        
a.   Friday, 08th March 2013.

(1)      KG to Std-II                              –   1st Shift  08.00 hrs to 09.00 hrs.
(2)     KG to Std-II                              –   2nd Shift 09.30 hrs to 10.30 hrs.
(3)     Std-III to Std V                         –   08.00 hrs to 09.00 hrs.

        
b.   Saturday, 09th March 2013.

 (1)     KG                       – 1st Shift  08.00 hrs to 09.00 hrs.
(2)     KG                                         –  2nd Shift 09.00 hrs to 10.00 hrs.
(3)     Std-I, II (1st shift)                     –  08.00 hrs to 09.30 hrs.

(4)     Std-III & IV {Nat’l & Int’l,       –  08.00 hrs to 09.30 hrs.
(5)     Std-V (Int’l)                              –  08.00 hrs to 09.30 hrs
(6)     Std-I & II (2nd Shift)                –  09.30 hrs to 11.00 hrs.
(7)     Std-V (Nat’l)                             –  08.00 hrs to 09.00 hrs.
